Zoning
The Zoning Ordinance and Official Zoning Map establish the permitted uses and development standards for all land within the City Limits. The Zoning Ordinance is Chapter 14 of the Code of Ordinances. The City also has a Corridor Design Standard to assist property owners, developers, architects, and builders to coordinate the image, character and quality of the entire community and ensure the aesthetic value and visual appeal of nonresidential land uses in the U.S. 377 and Washington Street/Business U.S. 377 commercial corridors. Subdivision
The Subdivision Ordinance establishes the process for platting and subdividing land within the city limits and extraterritorial jurisdiction of the City of Pilot Point. The Subdivision Ordinance is Chapter 10 of the Code of Ordinances. For more information about the subdivision ordinance, please contact the Director of Development Services.
