Britt Lusk invites you to have a cup of joe with him the third Thursday of every month, between 7am-9am at the Coffee House.
Britt welcomes questions, ideas, or just casual conversation and plans to offer Coffee with the City Manager on a regular basis.

This interactive session will equip participants with the essential skills needed to provide basic professional communication.

From mastering the art of clear and concise messaging to navigating business storytelling basics, participants will gain insights into various communication styles and learn to tailor their approach to their different business scenarios.

Through practical examples and engaging discussion, attendees will leave with essential strategies to enhance their communication skills, build strong professional relationships, and ultimately drive success in their business endeavors and interactions.

After this presentation, you will walk away with the following:

  • How to communicate concisely and with clarity
  • How to tell a compelling story related to their business with brevity and impact
  • How to adapt a number of communication styles to different audiences (i.e. employees, client, stakeholders, partners, etc.)
Speaker: Leah Frazier, Think Three Media

Leah Frazier is an Emmy Award-winning entrepreneur, attorney, and best-selling author. She was named one of the top 10 inspiring black women in Marketing and Communications to follow in the U.S. and one of DCEO Magazine’s most powerful leaders in North Texas.

She is the CEO of Think Three Media, which provides marketing and communications services for innovative businesses and brands. Her work has been highlighted both locally and nationally as a go-to source.

In 2022, Leah was recognized by the Public Relations Society of America’s Dallas Chapter as a top 40-Under-40 Honoree in public relations and communications. In her free time, Leah is also a certified meditation instructor and can be found leading classes at Breathe Meditation and Wellness in Highland Park.
