Britt Lusk invites you to have a cup of joe with him the third Thursday of every month, between 7am-9am at the Coffee House.
Britt welcomes questions, ideas, or just casual conversation and plans to offer Coffee with the City Manager on a regular basis.

PointBank Business Breakfast

Every month, PointBank invites members of the business community to their monthly Business Breakfast, hosted at the Pilot Point Branch Community Center (739 E Liberty St). Bringing insightful business tips to the small business owners in Denton County.
PointBank will not be holding Business Breakfasts in November – December due to the holidays. Breakfasts will resume in January!

Join us for our November WomenRISE: Business Funding: Fact or Fiction with Darlisa Diltz, Foundations Entrepreneur Development Program, formally North Texas Entrepreneur Education and Training.

In this session, we will discuss the current opportunities available for Entrepreneurs and dispel some common mistruths.

Participants of this session will walk away with:

  • a key understanding of securing funding for your startup operation
  • a list of potential resources that can assist them along their journey
  • a new perspective on approaching capital infusion for their business

Speaker: Darlisa Diltz, Foundations Entrepreneur Development Program

Darlisa has blazed the trail of entrepreneurship with passion and force and is educated with a double bachelor’s in Marketing Management and Sports Entertainment Management, a Master’s in Business Administration, and a Master’s of Science in Information Technology. She has played a vital role in the development of several entrepreneur ecosystems around the world. Seasoned with entrepreneur education and a community development foundation, Darlisa has provided access to close to 1,000 aspiring Entrepreneurs and small businesses through her efforts.

She started her journey in St. Louis, Missouri, where she played an integral part in the development of the Cortex Innovation District tactical development team and developed the 1st non-school-based youth entrepreneurship program, granting her the honor of receiving the St. Louis Regional Business Council’s prestigious Business Woman of the Year award in 2014.

After a family move to the great state of Texas in 2018, Darlisa opened the North Texas Entrepreneur Education and Training Center; the first for-profit business service organization focused on Entrepreneur education and development here in the metroplex.

Darlisa leads various economic and entrepreneur impact initiatives globally and has one of the top five entrepreneur development programs in Dallas, Fort Worth.
